You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. The items must be returned to Livia Beaumont's return address in proper condition and in the manufacturer’s packaging unless returned as faulty or damaged.

- Money Refund: We will return the cost of the item you paid during purchase.

How to Return a Purchased Item
- Complete the Return Form: Include your order number, the product being returned, the reason for the return, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Without the order number, we will not be able to process your return.
- Repackage the Item: Place the product in its original box and packaging.
- Ship the Parcel: Send your parcel to the return address below and obtain proof of postage with a tracking number. This will ensure a faster and verified return process.
